A supposedly kind and loving Grandmother (Barbara O'Connor) who tries to make her stuck up granddaughter Susie (Susan Hayes) welcome cause Susie can't study for her college exams at home due to noisy construction.
Grandma offers her snacks galore but Susie refuses and finds it annoying and constantly mouths off at her.
But good ole Granny tries to make Susie come to her senses when she brings a family photo album to show her and the good times they had together.
Instead, this makes Susie angrier and curses ole Granny out.
Grandma snaps and kills Susie with an icepick and manipulates her son Jimmy to bury her in the backyard.
Jimmy annoys Grandma afterwards by convincing her to call the police so she kills him as well and makes a scarecrow out of him for a Halloween decoration as well as using some of his parts for her secret recipe.
Is Granny possibly a witch????

A neat little 30 minute film as Jeff uses Three Stooges type humour along with Scream and A Nightmare On Elm Street sequels type horror.
A fun little flick to watch on Halloween.
Overall I find this a real party flick.

The acting is hokey comedic style. Jeff used his real life family in this film and is creative about it.
Barbara O Connor is a natural and can be convincing to be a Grandma to Freddy Krueger with her humorous dialogue.
James P. O'Connor
isn't too bad as Granny's son by acting hysterical and paranoid as he shows some characterists.
Susan Hayes
however can't act worth a damn as a snotball granddaughter but oh well.
We get a real treat by seeing appearances by Sleepaway Camp star Felissa Rose as a reporter for the channel 3 news and Sleepaway Camp writer/director Robert Hiltzik as a neighbor being questioned
.

Some gory scenes as Jimmy is gutted and his hand is cut off, plus he has a slit throat.
Parts of his guts is used for a stew.

This is no doubt Jeff Hayes' best effort at making an indie film.
Although the film was cheesy but fun he really knew his stuff with this one.
He almost knew how to make it disturbing with Susan Hayes cussing out Barbara O'Connor when she tries to act generous with her as you know she will snap and go crazy.
O'Connor
showed nice menacing looks when she is holding an ice pick but Susan really looked totally phony when she started screaming and the killing looked obviously fake due to a cheap budget.
Good shots on James P. O'Connor when he slaps his hands on his head freaking out after what had happened along with good shots on him digging up a hole in the backgyard.
However there is one small criticism that a hole should've been dug deeper to bury Susie's corpse. He was good by getting annoying by freaking out at the table about the murder and what he did to help out by burying his niece. A nice shot on O'Connor lifting his head and slitting his throat.
A perfect shot on a full moon as well as O'Connor in the garage gutting out her son with looked creepy.
Good close up shots on O'Connor making her stew yet it is overly long.
O'Connor does well with her cackle when she sets her son up to be a scarecrow for Halloween.
Good shots on supporting actress Felissa Rose being a news reporter along with a bit part by Robert Hiltzik as a neighbor which looked nicely done in a slapstick fashion.

The music was composed by who else but Jeff Hayes and did a terrific job at it.
Almost sounds similar to a Halloween or A Nightmare On Elm Street flick.

Grandma: There's no use in crying over spilled milk!
Jimmy:
Spilled Milk!? You just killed Susie!

Grandma: She's bad meat Jimmy and you always throw away bad meat.... Centuries ago she would've been called a witch and buried alive at the stake. She lucky that this is the 21st century cause she got the east way out! Now go get a shovel and we'll bury the bitch!

Grandma: That a boy Jimmy! Go get a shovel!

Grandma: I don't think that Susie will be getting out of this one.

Grandma (Putting some jelly and sprinkles on Jimmy's ice cream): Some Jimmy's and some Susie's.
