DARIAN CAINE: HELLCAT ON HEELS by Owen Keehnen

Darian Caine is the 5’4” (34C-22-33) brunette goddess of Seduction Cinema with a real thirst for acting and a hunger for The Dark Side. A few of Darian’s many soft-core ghoul on girl credits include ‘Lust for Dracula’, ‘The Erotic Witch Project’ (I & II) as well as ‘Erotic Witch Project’, ‘Mistress of Frankenstein’, ‘The Sexy Adventures of Van Helsing’, ‘Vampire Vixens’, ‘Erotic Ghost’, ‘Satan’s School for Lust’, ‘Playmate of the Apes’, ‘My Vampire Lover’, ‘Vampire Queen’, ‘Vampire Obsession’, ‘Spiderbabe’, ‘Lord of the G-Strings’, etc. Delectable Darian has also branched out recently to do two independent horror films ‘And then They Were Dead’ from Cinema Image Productions and ‘Niko’s’. The lovely Massachusetts native is also the Subject-Creator-Mistress of her massively traveled and surfer’s paradise website ‘The Dark Side of Darian Caine’ (www.dariancaine.com).She also is also one of the most photographed women on the net and her image adorns dozens of magazines including ‘Draculina’, ‘Leg Show’, ‘Hustler’s Taboo’ and ‘High Society’.  She’s simply amazing and was kind enough to take the time from her busy schedule to give a few moments to RacksandRazors.

Owen: How did you go from model to the darling of Seduction Cinema?

Darian: Actually, when I changed over from mainstream work, 'Seduction Cinema' was one of my first jobs - 'Girl Explores Girl', 'The Alien Encounter'.

Owen: You frequently work with Misty Mundae...are the women of 'Seduction Cinema' one big happy family.

Darian: Yes and no. At one time we were a big family. There are many changes and many new faces nowadays. It is still very exciting to meet new people.

Owen: You've also worked with Debbie Rochon on a couple occasions...now she has crossed over a bit more horror-wise...is she an inspiration.... do you aspire to moving outside the erotic horror genre?

Darian: Debbie is a wonderful person and great to work with. She helped me in many roles. I have done a couple horror films; “And Then They Were Dead”- Cinema Image Productions, Niko's - Andreas Schnaas. I actually really enjoy the erotic horror genre. I don’t aspire to move out side of it, but I would if the chance came around again.

Owen: Speaking of that - you do sex scenes in almost all your films...what is typically the best and worst part about sex under the bright lights?

Darian: The best part is; (bluntly) the sexy women. The worst part is; At times you feel like your and the other girls are melting from the heat of the light. Other times it’s so cold you feel your nipples will break off. LOL!

Owen: Ouch!  The sex scenes are mostly all simulated soft core...however have things ever gotten out of hand and gone a lot further than scripted?

Darian: I wish I could say yes, but unfortunately the scene schedules are so tight we have no choice but to move on.

Owen: Do you have any special secrets for an especially effective scream?

Darian: I never really thought about until now. If I think about it too much it doesn’t sound real.

Owen: What makes you scream in real life?

Darian: Camelback grasshoppers

Owen: What's the most unique way you've been killed on screen?

Darian: I am not sure if you could call it unique, maybe funny. My tits were ripped off.

Owen: What makes you want to kill in real life?

Darian: Animal abusers

Owen: What's your best and worst filmmaking experience?

Darian: I can’t explain my best. There are too many categories to define best. My worst was when I arrived at a set to find out the scene I was sent was not the scene I was doing.

Owen: You are also a frequent guest at various conventions...what do you like about frequenting that circuit?

Darian: I love meeting my fans. I put a lot of work into my website, fan mail, my roles and my modeling. Conventions help me to keep working my best.

Owen: What is the most common question fans ask of you?

Darian: Can you send me a free autograph?

Owen: What horror movies are your favorites?

Darian: The Evil Dead, Army of Darkness, House of 1,000 Corpses… I generally enjoy the comedy, gore and jumps

Owen: I've read that your fantasy is to work with Julie Strain...in that fantasy what would be the plot and/or subject matter of the film you two would do?

Darian: I am a lot of talk on the Julie Strain subject. I did finally shoot a scene with her in the film “Chantal” I was so nervous to meet her and scared to touch her. She is one of my idols. Fantasizing about her would ruin the fantasy. LOL!
