A perverted mad scientist Kevin Domwinkle (Noel Peters) has been humiliated all his life. He tries to invented a serum to make him invisible.
Yet when he shows it to others and it backfires, they laugh at him causing him to murder them and being sent to a psych ward.
He manages to escape and disguised himself as a teacher to a summer school in which the students put him down.
His serum eventually works so he takes his revenge by killing these students one by one.

During the opening credits spots a perverted child watching a neigbor strip down while seeing through his telescpe as I had a feeling I was in for a bad exploited horror flick. Boy was I right after continuing to watch.
His abusive mother enters as well as poisoning his mind and verballing abusing him on how evil women are along with grounding him for a year. When she does this is a focused shot on her cold face telling him this. Offers some slapstick as well as a trashy intro to a horror story.
Present day happens in which the full grown child is now a mad scientist whom is Kevin Dornwinkle.
He announces his serum that will turn him invisible in which the people watching him are being sarcastic. Then when his serum doesn't work they all laugh at him and mock him with cheesy close up shots on all of them. Of course with all this going on was hokey and over the top.
He murders them all which looked very lacking and unconvincing. In other workds very amateurishly performed.
This maniac escapes from the psych ward as he is running away near a somewhat deserted hill with dogs chasing him but we see the dogs aren't good hunter nor are they german shepgerd and just a mutt who doesn't bring him down. This was supposed to make the viewers laugh but however I forgot to do so it was so lame to watch.
The principal Mrs. Cello talks to the class about the death of their teacher that choked from a sandwich which I had a mild chuckle over but not overly funny as intended. They introduce them to their new teacher which happens to be Kevin disguised with a different last name. What happens here is supposed to give you the chills wondering if he will kill these students one by one later on. However things are too slapstick.
Alot of the different times he is teaching them they are burping, making loud noises
or laughing at him. During the moments they laugh at him reveals cheesy close up shots on them doing so along with some flashbacks as to what his mother said to him or the people mocking his serum.
While watching the whole story I wondered if this was a plain comedy as nothing horrific was going to happen. But while he is being picked up leads to the horror later on while we keep watching this unravel.
What works in a slasher flick is of course cheerleaders in which the girls all practise in a gymnasium. One of them who happens to be the sexy Bunny approaches her boyfriend Chet after practise in which he wants to get it on. But she tells him it isn't the time.
Of course they hit the showers which is another pointer for a cheesy slasher flick for them getting all down and washing themselves. Lots of focus on all of this of course.
Our perverted maniac Kevin peeks through the vent to watch them get naked and so fourth. Then Mrs. Cello catches him in the act which of course leaves a sinking guilty and embarrassing moment during all of this.
Well focused moments on Kevin using his chemistry to test his serum which looked effective. Once he gets it right he uses it on his cute rabbit for an experiment. Neat cheesy special lighting effects on this hare becoming invisible with this maniac cheering crazily.
While being invisible he has a bit of fun going to one of his students home while sleeping and undoing her blouse. A well focused shot on this as this will get a rouse out of people that like skin in their horror flicks. Plus a moment on him invisible pinching a girls butt while in the girls shower.
At first I wondered if this is just a plain comedy on him being invisible just to check out girls being nude however I kept watching in which I was in for a surprise.
Mrs. Cello brings Kevin to her office in which she tries to seduce him in which he tries to back out but she blackmails him when she knows about his serum threatening to call the police. Finally the horror kicks in by what he does to her.
Then he uses his serum to be invisible again in which he does a murderous plan while a couple is having lunch. He shoves the boyfriends sandwich down his throat with a special effects on his neck puffing up. Reminds me on some sort of a Troma Team horror flick with this killing.
Then he goes after the girlfriend with a fire hose to strange her which isn't anything to much of a brutal murder at all.
Yet this maniac opens up each girls' shirt to get his jollies to look at before he murders them. Plus he uses a hyped cackle as well as Freddy Krueger jokes in a bad way while killing them.
More murders happen with strangling another student or even drowning them in a fish tank which isn't too brutal or exciting in a slasher flick. I was thinking to myself use something more brutal for once.
Yet this killer puts a chain and lock on the school doors to lock his students in. This was a nice horror touch to the story so there is no escape whuile being hunted down.
There is of course and interesting moment when a lustful girl is taking a shower and this invisible maniac carries a radio. I knew exaclty on what he plans to do with it afterwards. This was one of the only intense killings. However nothing graphic is revealed here.
When her boyfriend spots her dead in a locker this did look somewhat creepy to spot. A nice horror touch to this situation.
The two last survivors whom are Chet and Bunny decides to fornicate in Mrs. Cello's office which was a long focus while they both get it on. Good close up shots on them doing it. They are too stupid to realise that her corpse is in the same room.
After realising the murders they are both pitted against Kevin in which the adrenaline rises up big time. They battle against this invisible killer with good action shots and powerful moments here. Plus some intense slapstick talk from this killer taunting them.
This scene seemed to work in well for a horror comedy. Kinda seemed like a tribute to a moment in Prom Night. Yet with way more tongue in cheek.
Chet tracks Kevin down with a shotgun as he uses his invisible serum again. When you think in the end that he got his revenge by putting this psychopath out of his misery once and for all this teases you. Boy does this moment look gruesome as this will please some horror fans.
Bottom line is that this was a goofy comedy horror flick that never takes itself seriously. Quite a bad flick too but I've seen worst. Quarter way through is when the horror kicks in as the moments are quite slow. Not the least bit funny or scary it was that trashy. Shows off tons of skin in this one too.

The acting is a little over the top and some of it is wooden too. However, Noel Peters (Kevin Dornwinkle) seemed to be a natural ham in his role. Does well with his crazy and disturbed behavior. Really added a hyped out behavior. Sometimes it's a bit much though. Plus does well with his stern aggressions while teaching. Yet when he acts violent it is lacking big time.
Robert R. Ross, Jr. (Chet) offers an average charm to his part in the story. Also shows it off well when he wants action but at times it's a little much like the rest of the acting here. However he does well when going into battle quarter way through showing some decent energy.
Melissa Moore (Bunny) seemed to do okay as someone who really gets into things like cheerleading or having an outgoing attitude. She really knew on how to interact with others. Shows a good lustful behavior. Shows off good adrenaline near the end of her performance while trying to stop the madness going on.
Shannon Wilsey (Vicky) has a nice lustful and smooth speaking when she speaks since she was a controversial porn star. Also does well with her tempting attitude in a certain scene. Not only that, she does a good job by being mean within her slander in which she seemed okay by acting like a bully.
Rod Sweitzer (Gordon) had the macho masculine appeal as well as the right looks to play somewhat a bully and a jock. However he lacks in certain spots like near the end of his performance when he screams which is very low on energy. Yet seemed to come off nicely whenever he was arrogant.
Stephanie Blake (Mrs. Cello) seemed to be one of the best out of the cast as the summer school principal. Shows off a slick and lustful behavior. Does well within her sleazy and charming appeal. Shows a nice versatality near the end of her role when she acts prickly and threatening.
Jason Logan (Henry) who played the mentally challenged and mute janitor really lacks big time. He was too over the top the way he mumbles or freaks out. In other words very mellodramatic. Had the right creepy looks for his role but that's about it.

A neighbor across from another home is stripping down..
Girls are taking a shower with butt and breasts revealed in a few different scene's.
A blouse is being pulled off by an invisible force breasts fully revealed.
The principal opens her shirt breasts revealed and pushes them into a students face in her office.
Many shirts are pulled open by the invisible force before being slayed.
A girl alone is nude while taking a shower before being electrocuted.
Another girls is topless while fornicating in a principals office. Then later she lies down on a desk breasts exposed while having a conversation afterwards.

A guy falls off a school roof blood spitting out of his mouth lying there in blood itself.
Bloody head pieces are smeared on the killers shoes.
Decapitated body is revealed which looks very gruesome.

Marc David Decker has cheesy composing in which there's high vocal harmonising for some moments in the fantasy moments in the story which sounded fair. Also cheesy synthesizer music in other spots along with string pluckings. All of this sounded comedic in which he used some of the same feel like he did in Soulmates.
Some of the songtracks seemed to do okay but cheesy too. Yet fun to listen to
"How Long" by Kent Richards, Tymm Rocco and Bobby Gabriele did well having an oldies sound for the beginning of the flick taking place in the 50's with the perverted child using the telescope to look at his neighbor strip. Seemed to have a catchy romantic sound.
A cheesy closing credits titled "He's Invisible" by Dan Povenmire & Michael Culross Jr. had a fun touch with a wild rock tune and snarky vocalising as it suits it pretty good. Not the greatest song though.

Mrs. Dorwinkle: You filthy stinking pervert!
Kevin Dornwinkle: I'm injecting the serum into the bunny rabbit now.
Vicky: I need an A to graduate, and I'd be willing to do *anything*.
Mrs. Cello: If you want to go to college, all you have to do is make me feel like a woman.
