Laura
O'Connell / Writer!
My name's Laura
O'Connell. I grew up in Dublin, Ireland
and have been in Vancouver for five
months. After studying a diploma in film
and television production, I took the
year out to write and gather some more
experience in the film industry. After
doing a small amount of work for various
companies in Dublin, I decided to set my
sights on higher ground and came here. I
have been spending my time here getting
to know the city and have been involved
in a few film/writing projects...this
being one of them. I have decided to
focus my career on writitng alone but
haven't yet completely ruled out any
other work.
So
there you have it, I turn twent-two next
week (March) so I'm not in a huge hurry
to be a major screen-writer any time
soon. |
