While making her own documentary on an exorcism which includes news bits and interviews, Isabella Rossi (Fernanda Andrade) travels to Italy where she discovers that her mother Maria (Suzan Crowley) was put in a ward for killing 3 people.
Then Isabella goes to the aid of two preachers Father Ben Rawlings (Simon Quarterman) and Father David Keane (Evan Helmuth) to do an unofficial exorcism for her Mom but they run into dangerous situations.

A very nice beginning as it looked a bit retro with cameras checking out what looks like a basement suite of some kind revealing dead bodies of people and a preacher in which I had a feeling I was in for a good found footage flick.
However, after this it looked rather dull showing news reports as well as people being interviewed which includes preachers and so fourth. It teased me a bit wondering if this was for real in which I wondered if I was watching a documentary of some sort.
While I caught the main character
Isabella Rossi being interviewed while going to Italy it looked like a drag while continuing to watch as to what was going to happen next.
However, after all of this the story becomes solid and well done in which Isabella goes to a room at a ward to talk to her estranged mother Maria in which she's silent while painting. This looked very still and quiet but it gave me a creepy feeling that something crazy will happen. This often happens in horror flicks especially in found footage one's
The conversations with Father Ben Rawlings and Father David Keane seems a little catchy in which this drew my attention on them preparing to perform and exorcism. The moments are very serious on what they discuss.
Also when Father Ben walks with Isabella past some nuns we spot something creepy with one of these women. Definetely a brief eye catcher.
The first person that these preacher's perform an exorcism is a patient with her body fractured with great camera shots on this and quite impressive for a found footage scene while watching the outcome. Things grow incredibly wild anf intense as this time I had a good feeling that I was in for a good movie compared to what I mentioned earlier.
Then Maria gets an exorcism performed which looked a hell lot more intense and creepy by what happens here as this made me wonder if some of the people around her will get hurt or killed. Definetely a scene worth watching for fans who like supernatural horror.
What was more terrorising is what hapens in another situation when Father David performs a baptism to a baby in a cathedral with holy water. I won't give this moment away but for sure it was mind boggling in which it made me wonder if this preacher was posessed. One of the most effective scene's in the story.
What's more wilder is that we spot a possible suicidal situation with Father David crying and putting a gun in his mouth while saying a prayer as this kept my attention all the way through wondering if he will do it or not along with Father Ben and Isabella trying to stop him from doing a foolish act. Yet during the end of this scene I was like "Wholy crap!"
The near ending begs you for more when Isabella and some of the other people at the asylum speeds away and then they go too fast and out of control. This made me jump a bit after what happens here.
Bottom line is that this was a cleverly done found footage horror film in which at first looked like a turkey but then it turns out to be very good and effective. It for sure offers alot of new twists quarter way through the story. Worth checking out.

The performances roll along quite good here in which Fernanda Andrade (Isabella Rossi) shows a nice strong attitude with her calmness during the start of the flick in which she shows an intelligent type of personality. She also does a nice job by getting into serious discussions as well as offering great energy when the terror or intensity surrounds her. Also has a nice emotional attitude. Seemed to have a nice versatality in her characteristics.
Simon Quarterman (Father Ben Rawlings) came across well as a serious preacher in which he really brings out his energy big time while discussing situations towards others. Also does a nice job acting patient as well as anxious in other spots during the terrifying incidents that happens. Seemed to study his role well.
Evan Helmuth (Father David Keane) can easily be well remembered for his part as a nervous one which shines off perfectly. Also does well freaking out or getting emotional. Also was pretty convincing when he becomes posessed or acting strange. A true character actor indeed.
Suzan Crowley (Maria Rossi) had a real effective supporting role. In fact she was the most memorable one in my mind. Does well with her posessed attitude acting disturbed and tense while doing some art work with her gravelly speaking. Plus does a great job while an exorcism is being performed on her. She really did a fabulous job by going wild and crazy as well as being powerful with her menacing behavior. Kudos to her.

A violent bloodshed of dead bodies in a basement suite.
Preacher blows his brains out.
