A group of college kids win a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras in which they party out as well as see a group of voo doo artists doing a phony sacrifice. Things seem fun but one by one they are becoming victims. Was the sacrifice for real???

The opening credits looked mildly funky while showing slide shots on events but while watching this unravel I had a feeling that this was a cheap no budgeter. Yet after the credits it shows the band playing from the song that was shown in the opening. Pretty clever and wondered if I was in a so bad it's good flick. I was disappointed. The partying looked fun to watch though.
The winners travel to New Orleans in which the airport scene looked decent for an indie flick of this sort but it was of course a small airport which you could tell.
While they enter the mansion and then go to a performance it looked fun to watch but at the same time needed more inspiration when some voodoo sacrifices starts to occur. It was on an average energised level and not meant to be taken seriously. Yet it made you wonder if this was for real or not. Still not intense enough like you'd imagine it to be.
The killings start to occur as in the first one looked totally gross when the mysterious killer shakes someone in an outhouse and this object tubles over and the results were disgusting but nice shots on this catching on fire and so fourth as this looked mildly intense while watching all of this.
The group of friends go to a wet tshirt contest but it doesnn't look convincing as they only water down the waitress and it was dull to watch all of this.
However, when they return to the mansion there's a perfect shot on one of them coming out of the pool as these kids were trying to imitate a scene from Fast Times at Ridgemont High and boy it looked well performed piece by piece.
In the other parts of the area we spot a trailer with two lesbians getting it on which of course is a good sign that these two will be done in next as there's good camera takes with all of this unravelling.
One of the people suddenly are in a trance in which there's a perfect night shot on them under a spell late at night about to do some people in which was supposed to look creepy but it was quite amateurish like most of the scene's in this golden turkey.
More slayings are happening and a group of people discovers a corpse in a tub and their reactions were amateurish at it's worst. This moment needed to be whipped in shape and it fails in order to do so. What a disappointment!!!!
The survivors decides to pay a visit to those people doing voodoo magic and of course they bring along a cute goat in case for a sacrifice as this looked awfully corny to watch all of this.
These voo doo type gypsies explain themselves in which they're not who they seem to be which made no sense as to how the people that were hypnotised to killing others. I won't give this moment away but the whole story was badly written. However, I've seen worst.
Bottom line is that this cheapo flick looked like a made for video with a touch of grindhouse to the picture and in a cheap way. Not like what you'd see in those drive in types. Making this one was a waste of time as it looked like a group of friends put some money to made their own flick.

The acting is terrible and very stiff in which lead actor Chris McDaniel (Squid) had the clean cut boy next door looks and seemed to grab your attention greatly. However, when he speaks his lines he can't get into character and was extremely low on energy especially when he shows his freaked out attitude later on. I don't think acting is his thing and it's not surprising he worked behind the scene's in films.
Brunhilda Zekthi
(Danielle) almost had the right looks to this part in the story but looked a little too average. That been said her looks was better than her performance which is dull. When she goes crazy or gets hysterical she had no clue as to how to act this way which shows big time here.
Garrett Harrison (Blake) is better than the rest mentioned here in which he tried hard to get into a party motive attitude and almost got it on track but sometimes is over the top. He shows off his goofy attitude in a fair fashion though.
Valensky Sylvain (Bones) added some spunk and pizzaz to his role and was at times convincing with his energy but yet another performer whom is over the top and loses touch within his characteristics especially when he freaks out during the terrors that happen to be.
Forest Crumpler (Eddy G) offered some charm as a DJ type of partying guy. When he did this stuff he looked entertaining. However, when bad situations starts to occur he doesn't just cut it right and was fairly wooden in his performance. Yet had the right looks and motive in his supporting role.
Scream queen Linnea Quigley (Queen Marie) wasn't convincing with her accent as you can tell it's fake but later on when she reveals as who she really is makes up a bit for it and is natural later on within how she speaks. She was the best of the cast.

A woman bare breasts revealed after taking off her top before taking a shower.
Two women barebreasted and butts revealed gets it on with one another in their trailer.

Many bloody stabs through the head and neck.
Head is chopped off and so is an arm.
A violent bloodshed is revealed while the killer attacks two lesbians.
Bloodied battered bodies are revealed.
Bloody gunshots.

J. Scott Richard composed the music for this flick but did very little since most of it is songtracks from indie bands as most of it is annoying garbage. However this person has african jungle types of beats as well as some low synthesizer music and it's not too badly done for a no budgeter flick such as this one.
