Lisa-Marie Taft (Samantha Ferrand) is forced to go to work on Thanksgivin at her local diner and doesn't get along with her parents.
While she starts her shift she is terrorised by a family of canniballistic pilgrims as they go on a killing spree and plans their own meal for the holiday.

The tale seems to start off quite nicely with a troubled teen Lisa Marie having arguments with her parents on having to go to work on Thanksgiving and she gets into a bit of a rage on it all. Yet at times in this scene it seemed to be all planned out instead of it seeming to come off natural. It wasn't too badly done at the same time while watching the outcome.
Afterwards the next scene takes place on the canniballistic pilgrim family in which at first focuses on Cordelia Brimston in which she looked deceivingly decent and a normal person. But she's making a sandwich and uses her own blood to spread on it as this definetly looked twisted as well as making sandwiches for her siblings.
While this occurs her siblings are in their own rooms and it looks dark as well as one of them is wearing a mask which was supposed to look creepy but this fails big time.
Also there's flashbacks on discussions on what they do for thanksgiving as I must admit this looked disturbing and hard to watch with the people they kidnap as well as preparing them for dinner. This moment was well done.
Lisa Marie arrives to work and having disputes with one of the other rebellious employees and so fourth. Things look terribly bland within their discussions on certain things which I couldn't wait for the horror to arrive.
A dry humoress moment when a customer comes in and changes her mind about ordering a turkey as she's a vegetarian. How stupid can you get within all of this???
Then in the diner music plays and everyone starts dancing. I was like okay this is lame brained. A diner is not a dancing floor. Also you could tell the people weren't into it as they were supposed to have been.
When the horror kicks into the story this was mildly entertaining in which we spot a charming fellow Kurt Brimston making out that he wanted to work at the diner as he goes in to meet up with the employer as he closes and locks the door from behind them. I got the creepy feel from this that he's in for the kill by how this was all set. Good camera shots on what goes on in this scene.
Yet when another slaughtering happens in front of the people their reactions aren't as frightened like it was supposed to have been. However, we spot a guy in a wheelchair trying to fight back and this looked cleverly done by what he does to one of these maniacs. However, like most slasher films, we all know this this poor fellow is going to meet his fate.
While the adrenaline is at a hype when the other survivors tries to get away and find help these sneaky family members catch up to them in which this left me cringing and having a dark feeling as to what is going to happen to them.
The survivors are tied up in a chair at the home of these demented members in which a strong and terrorising situation comes from one of them which is Cordelia Brimston telling them they will never see their family again but lets them call them on their cell one lkast time as to what they're thankful for and situations like that. This leaves alot of great horrifying tension imagining being in their situation which isn't pretty at all.
This moment is well done and saves it from bombing.
Another situation that saves it from bombing is the survivors that turns the tables onto them and boy does this look extremely powerful to watch. Full of great violent aggressions as well as thinking to myself kill these bastards!!!!! Probably this was the best moment throughout the whole story.
Bottom line is that this was made on a decent budget for an indie flick but the story really drags and was a bore to watch until the canniballistic family comes in to terrorise them which is the only reason to watch the outcome of this. Plus the diner doesn't look like an actual restaurant. It looked like an office and my bet was they couldn't get a permit to have one. Alot of shocking horror violence is involved which was well done for a slasher film

The acting is fairly well performed even if it's full of virtual unknowns and only certain one's worth mentioning
Samantha Ferrand (Lisa-Marie Taft) brought alot into her part. She knew on how to have a convincing attitude as well as knowing on how to act perfectly aggressive too. Plus shows off a great emotional attitude while crying in fear. It was totally realistic by how she behaved. Near the end of her role she was excellent when getting meancing and vengeful. She was definitely a worthy character actress. Probably the best in the cast.
Matthew McClure (Kurt Brimston) had a very slick attitude as well as coming off as charming in which he knew on how to come across this way within his performance onto the camera. Also knew on how to act meancing when he plunges in for the kill. Shows off a perfect aggressive and evil behavior just rolling with the punches. Was a great choice for this role.
Tristan Petashnick (Cordelia Brimston) was very sharp and to the point with what she was talking about and spoke clearly well. Had the healthy looks which shines off nicely as a deceiving type. She does a good job speaking evilly in another part of the story. Shows it off very powerful within all that she did here.
Robert Richards (Tyler) seemed to add some pizzaz into his role by having a powerful personality. Seemed to learn his craft by portraying someone whom can be a little full of himself too. Reacts well to situations. Yes I'd say he did a good job here.
Madelin Marchant (Ms. Perez) seemed to stand out pretty good as a motherly type of employee at the diner. Really knew how to act nice and caring. Also reacts well to the terrors surrounding her with her emotional attitude. Yes she showed off some nice energy within all that she did in this flick.
Laura Finley (Maggie Brimston) certainly drew my attention whikle watching this flick in which she shows off a butchy type of appeal as one of the evil pilgrims. Acts perfectly serious when having a discussion as well as acting powerful when doing an evil deed.
Scream queen Linnea Quigley (Paulette) has an average supporting role as a vegetarian customer as she seems to perform fairly okay but doesn't offer any chuckles when she was a comedic role. This is due to the poor writing of course. She lacks a bit when she gets fearful which surprises me as in her hey day in low budget horror does an impressive job while acting that way.

Bodies are sliced
Burned to a crisp
Chopped up
Bloodily stabbed
Eye is stabbed with a whisk
Scalps are torn off of peoples heads with gruesome results
Head is sliced in half
Decapitations

Noah Schatzline composed this piece and does it with nice style. During the beginning of this flick and in other spots offers some nice soothing and wavy mellow synthesizer music as well as making it sound spooky like too which fits the scene's where it was necessary to use. Along with this it blends in with icy sounds as well as hissing noises too.
