With her parents dead, an already unstable teenager embarks on a blood-soaked journey of torture, violence, and retribution, as everyone unlucky enough to cross paths with her ends up dead. Is the brutal Sick Girl capable of mercy?

The start of the story seems rather confusing but what drew attention is when the demented Izzy is in a school bus as she strangles and pisses on a Nun as this looked pretty revolting in which I had a hard time by understanding as to what made her want to do this.
Izzy speaks to Kevin softly which looked still and calm but she breaks the silence by screaming at him and acting wild. This for sure was a real jumping moment and it made me wonder if she will do something to harm him or not.
Afterwards a good close up camera shots with her crying towards him opening her arms out and I must admit that this looked quite twisted and a focused moment on someone whom is disturbed.
Then school is out for the Christmas season in which we have a teacher Mr. Putski feeling sad about his pet rat that was missing in which it looked convincing that we feel sorry for him.
Kevin finds out who took the rat and was retrieving it which this rodent looked so cute and hoping that this pet will be okay.
He is cornered by his school bullies but this didn't look natural at all or intimidating enough. In other words too planned out and quite phony looking. Yet it was still a bit watchable to see the outcome of all this.
Izzy comes to save the day which looked relieving as I had a sinking feeling that she will do something to these nasty brats and that's just what she is about to do.
How she kidnaps them looked tortureous which was a great moment in a horror flick.
She takes them to a lake and manipulates one of them to kill the rest that picked on her poor little brother. This definetly made me watch in terror wondering if this little kid will actually do these evil deeds. It was a nice moment in the story to remember elementary kids that were mean but the tables are turned on them in a deadly way.
In many different scene's Izzy has her victims in a barn that no one else knows as to what she's up to. Alot of this looked intense and disturbing to watch as to what she does to every one of them. Tons of really sick stuff including intense torture that's not easy to watch by a longshot. This was really gross by the outcomes of everything.
Izzy is walking at night on the side of the road and someone offers her a ride as well as acting strange to her later on. Made me wonder if he will do something crazy to her or vice versa. This scene I must admit looked fairly well done compared to the trash that we've all seen so far in this clunker.
Bottom line is that the title says it all in which she is just as sick as a Mansonite on what she does here. You will see what I mean if I dare you to watch this sick flick. Some spots in the flick as mentioned were done pretty good saving it from bombing. It's not for people who can't handle perverted torture so I advise those types by not checking this one out.

The main cast is only 3 people which looked okay as most of the performances were in rough shape so I will see on what I can bring up here.
Leslie Andrews (Izzy) seemed to do her part well portraying a sick psychopath in which she knew on how to become versatile by being softspoken and going into a rage. It really showed off well with her evil manipulating attitude. ALso she knew on how to get vicious or untrustworthy by how she reacts to things.
John McGarr (Barney) who played a biker fit the part as a nice outgoing type of fellow. Shows off a good humoress attitude as well as coming across as believably trusting attitude too. Makes you really want to like him as he does this role very well. He can for sure do well in other gigs by what he portrayed here. Definetly had the perfect looks and motive too.
Charlie Trepany (Kevin) was not too shabby as a quite shy kid. Shows it off well when he is disturbed by a situation. Also does a nice job with his emotions when being picked on too. Seemed to show it off when nearly crying or having a giggly attitude too. Near the end of his performance he brought it out with his shocked and fearful behavior.
Stephen Geoffreys (Mr. Putski) seemed to do well in his small supporting role as a school teacher. Shows off a good calm attitude and was convincing with his sad attitude on his missing pet. Later on showed off some good energy of happiness during the end of his performance. He returned to horror after over a decade of doing gay porn and wasn't in good movies anymore sadly.

Violent bloodsheds
Slit throat with blood gushing out
Bloody stabbings
Someone's pecker is cut off (Not for people who can't handle this)
Slice in the head with a machette
Kid bloodily shoots himself in the head

John Francis Conway shows it off greatly with having a laser dark sounding synthesizer for the terrors that come onto the screen. He for sure has a retro horror feel on all of this which also saves the film from bombing. Plus in a certain scene seemed to try to borrow off a scene from Halloween which sounded like a ripoff composing as that was my only criticism.
